The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude, to me is more important than fact, it is more important than the past, than the education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think, say or do.
It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company, a church, a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.
We cannot change our past. We cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that’s our attitude.
I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. So it is up to you. We are in charge of our attitudes and our lives.

ReplyDeleteI totally agree with President Obama. Accountability is very important when you're in school. If you want to become someone important in life you have to fight as much as you can to achieve it. Education is important because that's what makes you a wise person of good principles. I always said that beauty without intelligence is like a masterpiece written on a napkin. This video helped me to follow him up, wanting to study in order to get to make someone important in life.

ReplyDeleteI really liked his message because it wasn’t a political message it was a message about the education and how you should do better even if you are rejected. I also liked that he used his life experiences and some famous people as his examples of his message that no matter how many times you fail or be rejected you should use those failures to become a better person. I really wish that politicians here in Puerto Rico were more like Obama and care more about the people and their education rather that their political campaigns.

Even through its pretty clear that education is important was definitely well organized because one of his first point was about "your self" which is good because every time there is a change, you have to start which your self. The President Obama`s said was English is excellent, his pacing was great too, he spoke a the perfect pace and he had the perfect accent to speak and in may opinion this message is very really.

As a student I must be responsible and try to get a better education. Work and study so we want to achieve. The future of each country depends on their education. We all have talents and we highlight them. He recognizes that it is not easy but you have to study hard to achieve. I speak as a mother I provide education without a father by his side. I emphasize that cutting classes is not good and there are no excuses for it. Public education is good. We should not be afraid to ask for help from others. Attend classes, read a good book, doing homework and do not make us better students bulling. His words serve as encouragement and help. Try to do as much as possible for myself. Hopefully Obama could dirijir to my school and give another message as beautiful as this. God bless America and Puerto Rico.

DeleteHonestly this was a very motivational video for me and for many more people who saw the video. It is something that is very true and we should take school serious and work hard and always give our best in every thing, we should never give up even in the worst because if he did succed so can we!

"'asking for help isn't a sign of weakness it a sign of strength"one of the many things he said that were very inspirational.and yes we should take school more seriously and pay more attention in class and we shouldn't rely on teacher that much because it's our responsibilities as students to do our daily work because at the end of it all it going to reflect on our future weather we did our job or not.
I really like the video and it's true what Barack Obama said and we the students need to do our best in school no matter what and if we do that we're going to arrived far in life.

DeleteWhat Obama wants us to know is how important is our education, how we can succeed in life and our responsibility in school. To do not hide what we can achieve or do. That it doesn't matter where we come from we will always have the opportunity to study and be a great professional in the future. Also that we succeed from our fails. If we need fail look for someone that can help us do better things. We have to trust in us in order to achieve our goals on the future; and make things with effort. To understand it better: be Responsible, Try Hard and Never Give Up.
