Oral Presentations

Warning: Do not record any Oral Presentation without proper authorization from Mr. Quiñones.

If you wish to record your oral presentation you must follow proper procedure.

Step 1
All students involved in presentation must voluntarily be willing to be filmed.

Step 2
Request Mr. Quiñones permission at which point he will confirm step 1.

Step 3
Mr. Quñones will provide you with an authorization form, that must be signed by the legal guardian of each student in the film and include a telephone number.

Step 4
Mr. Quiñones will call legal guardian and confirm authorization.

Step 5
Mr. Quiñones will exercise his discretion and approve or deny student request to record oral presentation.


*** Failure to comply with any of the steps will result in firm denial of request.
*** Oral presentation that is recorded without following proper procedure will result in strict disciplinary sanctions and in some cases may require legal action.
